1 (14 oz.) bottles ketchup
1/2 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1/2 Tbl. dry mustard
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. black pepper
1/4 cup c. wine vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup (5 oz.) A-1 sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/8 Cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbl soy sauce
1/2 Tbl olive oil
1/2 can beer
1 clove crushed garlic

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Makes about 4 cups of sauce

My mom always made her own fresh BBQ sauce. It's so much better then store bought. The beer really makes the flavor great.
