1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. accent
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry thyme
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger

Directions:

Mix milk and bread crumbs. Add other ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan or pie tin 30 minutes at 350º.

Ellen gave me this recipe when we were first married. It's still my favorite meatloaf. You can top this with mashed potatoes. Really Yummy!
