2 C any fresh fruit, 1-1/2 C soy milk(vanilla or reg.)
3T Honey (from your area), 1tsp vanilla extract
3T malted powder (optional), 2C crushed ice
1/2 c fruit juice of choice, 1 egg (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2C crushed ice into blender, Pour vanilla over ice. Clean fruit, pare fruit if using firm fruit. Put in blender, pour in soy milk, 1/4c juice, honey, malt. Chop for 30 sec. add more juice if needed, honey also. Blend on mix or stir for 30 secs. Pour into specialty glasses .

This is great for morning, afternoon & evening dessert. Healthy for lactose intolerant & if you add some yogurt you can fight intestinal problems !
