2 bags of broccoli (chopped or florets)
1/2 lb. of Velveeta Cheese, cubed (I like more cheese, feel free to add more if you like it really cheesy)
1/2 c. butter, melted; divided
1 sleeve of butter flavored crackers (i.e. Hi-Ho or Ritz), Crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave, thaw broccoli for 5 minutes. Place into a greased 9" x13" pan. Melt cheese and 1/4 c. of the butter together, until smooth. Pour over broccoli.
Mix the remaining 1/4 c. butter with the crackers. Sprinkle over the broccoli and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350º.
