6 cups tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped (I leave the seeds in)
1 1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 tsp. salt
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup tomato paste
1/2 T cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, stirring so it won't scorch. Turn down heat and simmer for 1 hour. Sterilize clean jars and lids in boiling water. I turn them upside down in a 9X13 pan with about 2 inches of water and sterilize them. Ladle salsa into jars. Group them on a towel on your counter and cover with cloth until sealed.
