1 - 4 lb. chicken: cooked, boned and cut up
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup uncooked rice - cooked
1 1/2 cups broth
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
2 T chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt

Gravy:
2 cups broth
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Put in a 9 x 13 pan or casserole dish. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
For gravy; combine cream and flour. Add to remaining ingredients and cook til thick. Serve hot over chicken loaf.
