3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2/3 c. margerine
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. marshmallow cream

Combine sugar, margerine & Milk in haeavy 2 1/2 qt. saucepan.
Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutues over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234.
Remove from heat.
Stire in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan
Cool at room temperature.
