1 1/2 lb lean hamburger
10 to 12 waverly wafers crushed
1/4 can cream mushroom soup
1/3 can condensed milk
1 egg beaten
1/4 large onion chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1/3 t garlic salt
salt to taste
black pepper
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 c ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion and celery until soft. Mix with remainder of ingredients except for ketchup and tomato paste. Form into a loaf about 6 in wide and 1 1/2 to 2 in high. Bake at 350º. When slightly browned about 20 minutes, top with tomato paste and ketchup and cook until done, about 25 minutes more.
