1 (4oz.) can chopped green chiles

1c. Jack cheese, grated

4 eggs

1/3c. milk

1/2c. flour

1/2tsp. baking powder

1c. Cheddar cheese, grated


Directions:
Directions:
Grease a small casserole and put in chiles.

Cover with jack cheese

Beat eggs till foamy. Add baking powder, milk, and flour and beat until smooth.

Pour over chiles and top with cheddar cheese.

Bake 375º for 30 minutes or until set.
