1/2c. soy sauce

2T. oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2tsp. browning sauce (Kitchen Bouquet)

1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning

1 package Lipton onion soup

5c. water

3 1/2lb. beef brisket

2 large onions, separated into rings

1/4c. butter

French rolls

Swiss cheese

Combine soy, oil, garlic, seasonings, and onion soup mix with water in a dutch oven.

Add brisket to dutch oven.

Bake at 350 for 3 hours or until tender.

Brown onions in butter.

Remove brisket from oven and slice across the grain.

Make french dip sandwich with rolls, meat, cheese and onions.

Use the sauce for dipping.
