Meat Sauce:
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. sugar
2 t. basil
1 t. oregano
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
2 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes

Lasagna:
8 oz. lasagna nookles, cooked
1 15 oz. carton ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 c. parmesan cheese
12 oz. sliced mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and simmer.

Lasagna: Lay noodles out on waxed paper. Spread with combination of ricotta, egg and parmesam. In baking dish spread 1 1/2 cup sauce. Layer 3 noodles, sauce and mozzarella. Repeat twice.

Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
