1 pound cooked small shrimp
1 carton 8 oz. reduced fat sour cream
4 tsp horseradish or more to taste
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup reduced fat mayo
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp fresh dill smipped or 2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 heads endive

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop shrimp. combine sour cream, horseradish, ketchup, mayo, salt, dill, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Stir to combine, add shrimp and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 1 day. Trim bottom off endive and remove leaves. Remove dip from frig 30 mins before serving with the endive.
