"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is an apple pie I’ve been making since I was 13 years old. I traditionally made this pie for special occasions/holidays. I’ve now incorporated it to work. I make these pies now for co-workers of mine that I’ve worked with for some time and are leaving either because of a promotion or pursuing their own personal goals. I’ve been told the pies are very good and I should quit my day job. I’ve even heard co-workers wanting to leave just so that they could get a pie. I plan to continue making pie and sharing with everyone I can.
