2 10 oz.packages frozen cut broccoli or 16 oz bag
2 cups frozen whole small onions or 1 medium onion chopped
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup soft bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the broccoli and onions according to package directions and drain. If using fresh onion just chop.
In saucepan, melt 2 tbsp. butter blend in the flour, salt and pepper. Add the milk and cook and stir til bubbly. Redusce heat; blend in the cream cheese until smooth. Place vegetables in 11/2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over, mix lightly. Top with the cheddar cheese. Melt 2 tbsp. butter toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle atop casserole. Bake a 350º for 40-45 minutes.

Not too exciting of a dish, but my family likes it for Thanksgiving dinner and now I won't have to search for the recipe every year!
