6 oz. can clams undrained
1/2 cup onon
1 clove garlic minced
3 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup white wine
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp oregano
Parmesan Cheese
Parsley
Lemon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clams reserving 1/4 cup of juice. Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add broth, wine, butter and oregano. Simmer 20 mins. Add clams and the 1/4 cup of reserved liquid and heat. Serve over linguine noodles. Garnish with parsley, lemon and cheese if desired.
