1 8 oz. package of reduced fat cream cheese-softened
1/2 cup fresh chunky salsa
1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
1 16 oz. can mild, medium or hot chili beans undrained
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions.
baked or low carb or whatever tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese with salsa and spread in bottom of 9 inch microwave safe pie or quiche dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon chili beans evenly over cheese. Top with remaining cheese and green onions. Cover and vent with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes on med.-high, rotate dish and cook 2 minutes longer. Remove wrap and microwave on high until miture is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Cool slightly and serve with chips.

You can use low fat or regular ingredients.
I use jar salsa if I don't have any refrigerated type and it is just as yummy.
