8 oz med. shrimp
8 oz cooked fresh crab meat
3-3/4 cup half and half
1-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
4 T unsalted butter
3 oz mild semi-soft cheese (mozzarella)
1 T finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
pinch curry powder
1-1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
twist of pepper mill

Directions:
Directions:
Combine, half and half, mushroom, butter, semi-soft cheese, parsley, garlic, curry and pepper in large skillet. Heat over med heat to boiling, stirring constantly. When cheese is melted and boiling add crab and shrimp, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and lower heat. Simmer uncovered 2 to 3 minutes until sauce has thickened slightly.
