6 slices bread, toasted and cubed
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 – 12 eggs
½ lb bacon , cooked and crumbled
4 cups milk
½ tbsp Teriyaki sauce
¼ cup onion flakes or cooked onion
½ tsp. Prepared mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Optional add-ins:
Mushrooms, Green pepper, Green onions

Directions:
Spray large casserole dish. Place bread in bottom of dish. Sprinkle on the cheese. Mix remaining ingredients ( except bacon). Pour over bread & cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 – 60 minutes. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
