1lb Pinto Beans
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Cumino Seed (cumin)
1 c. Bacon, chopped
1-2 cloves Garlic, to taste
1/4 c. chopped Cilantro (optional)
1-2 small cans Green Chili/Jalapeņos (optional)
salt, pepper, red chili powder to taste

1. In crockpot add All Ingredients and cover with water to the top of the Crockpot. Can add chopped fresh Cilantro and Green Chili/Jalapeņos

2. Set Crockpot to Low setting and let stew 24-36 hrs, stirring occasionally.

Can be served as a side dish, or Soup.
Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, fresh cilantro sprigs
