1 fryer boned and cut into 1 in peices
1 med onion chopped
1/2 green bell pepper sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/8 t garlic powder
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t celery salt
1/8 t cayenne pepper
1/8 t black pepper
6 drops tabasco
1/4 t salt
1/8 t paprika
1 T worchestershire sauce
2 T red wine (Bardalino)
1/4 c ketchup
1 jar James Darren pasta sauce
2 to 3 T olive oil
1 jar sliced mushrooms 4.5 oz

Saute chicken, onion, bell pepper and garlic til onions are tender and chicken until lightly browned. All all seasonings, wine and worchestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add pasta sauce, ketchup and mushrooms and simmer for 30 minutes then serve over spaghetti or pasta.
