Graduated from Commerce HS in Portland OR 1937
Maureen married Carl Dentler in 1939 . Carol Ann was born, the first of ten children: Rick, Susan, Mike, Carl Jr., Janice, Judy, David, Mary and Chris.

1919 Portland, OR June 1978 St Helen’s OR
Carl served in the South Pacific with the US Navy in WWII. Upon his return to civilian life, he was a Greyhound bus driver in Portland for 10 years before becoming a Multnomah County Sheriff, where he eventually rose to Chief of Detectives, a position he held until his retirement in 1975. He was then Chief of Police in St. Helen's until his death in 1978

Carol graduated from Cleveland HS in Portland Or in 1957. She married Ronald Peter Piazza in 1958 and had Three children, Michael James Piazza, Stephen Anthony Piazza and Susan Marie Piazza. Carol and Ron started Piazza Pizza, a Pizza Mfg co. in 1967. They lived in Damascus, OR until 1977 when Carol and Ron divorced. Carol married Darin Laughery in 1978 where they lived in the Oregon City area until 1993 when they moved to Lewiston Idaho. Carol has 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
