1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
2 cups apples and pears diced
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar (1/2 cup is enough)
1/2 cup nuts (1/8 cup is enough)
2 T butter ( 1 T is enough)
1 tsp cinnamon (1/2 tsp is enough))

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well, stir in dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Fold in apples and pears, pour into a 9x13 pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on cake. Bake 45 minutes.
