3-6 lb pork loin
2-3 cloves garlic
Pepper & garlic salt

Heat oven to 350º
Cut 5 slits in top of roast and insert garlic slices; turn over and repeat procedure. Also put a slit at each end of the roast and insert garlic slices. Then pepper and garlic salt whole roast (all sides and ends). Set in baking pan and put in oven for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
