2 boneless, skinless turkey breasts, cut into 1" pieces
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
14 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
14 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
14 oz chicken broth
1 habanero pepper, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
Pinch of cloves
1 lb frozen mixed veggies
15 oz whole holland style onions, drained

Directions:
Mix turkey, celery, garlic, tomatoes, broth, habanero and spices in 4 qt crock pot. Cover and cook on low at least 8 hours. Stir in veggies and onions; cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
