1 pkg cooked manicotti
2 c cooked, cubed chicken breasts
2 T butter
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 c Thick white sauce (3 T butter, 3 T flour, 1 c milk, 1 c heavy cream and 1/3 c parmesan cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter until golden. Add chicken and 1/3 of white sauce. Spoon about 1 1/2 T into each manicotti and arrange with seam side down in 3 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining sauce. Bake at 375º uncovered for 1/2 hour and then lightly brown under broiler.
