3 med. yellow squash, 1c milk, 1/2c Parmesan cheese, 3T butter/oleo, salt & pepper

Directions:

Clean + slice length wise squash, place into 2qt casserole dish, pour milk over, add 1/2 T
butter on top of @ slice of squash & sprinkle cheese over all.
Season w / salt & pepper. Bake 350º for 45 min.
