1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 can artichoke hearts
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. water
Dash of ground black pepper
Optional: 1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in medium saucepan, add drained artichokes and chopped, thawed spinach. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Pour into colander and drain well. Put cream cheese in greased baking dish and microwave 1 minute. Add spinach mixture and dry ingredients and mix well. Serve hot with crackers, chips or garlic toast.
