3 flattened chicken breasts
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
Sesame oil
Chicken broth
1/4 c. bean sprouts
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce or tahini
Chopped carrots
Celery
Green onion
2 tsp. minced garlic

Saute chicken in 1 tbsp. sesame oil, cut in strips and reserve. Cook egg in 1 tbsp. butter and parsley and reserve. Saute vegetables in 1 tbsp. sesame oil. Add chicken broth if more sauce is desired. Add garlic, ginger, pepper flakes and stir. Add soy sauce, lemon juice and stir. Add chicken and egg, stir until hot and serve with rice. For flavor variation, add Hoisin Sauce to taste.
