1 package Won Ton wrappers. 1 lb ground pork
1 lb peeled, deveined raw shrimp
2 cans water chestnuts, 2 cans bamboo shoots, 2 - 3 bunches scallions. Soy sauce for dipping, sweet and sour sauce for dipping.

Chop all ingredients mix well by hand. Put aprox a tablespoon full in center of each square of wonton wrapper. Wet fingers and pinch all four corners of wrapper closed. Deep fry till golden.
