1/2 lb. bacon
3 eggs beaten
1/2 lb. sliced swiss chesse (diced)
1tbsp. butter
2 cups half & half
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
1tsp salt
pepper to taste
nutmeg to taste
9 in. pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
-Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble, drain and set aside

-Saute mushrooms in butter

-Mix with a fork, eggs, half & half, salt, and cheese

-Add bacon, mushroooms and seasonings

-Pour into pie crust

-Bake 10 minutes at 450º, lower heat to 325º and bake 35-40 minutes more

Omit the bacon and use just mushrooms, or brocolli for a veggie pie
