8oz Swiss Cheese
Pillsbury pie shell
4 eggs
Half & Half
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
-Line a Quiche dish or 9" pie plate with pie shell and partially bake at 425º

-Add filling to partially baked pie shell

-Mix with cheese

-Combine eggs and half & half to make 1 1/2 cups and pour all over

-Bake at 425º for 10 minutes and than lower oven to 350º and bake at least 30 more minutes depending on thickness

Cathy Campbell gave me this recipe and she told me it can be any combination of ingredients you want. When I use vegetables such as onions, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, peppers etc. I usually steam them a little in the microwave. Bacon is also a good addition just cook as usual first.
