1 Deer Roast
1 Lg onion
salt, pepper
garlic salt
1 can cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Slice large onion in thick rings and place in bottom of dutch oven. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt on deer roast and place on top of onion. Put one can of soup on top of roast. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees for approx.
2 1/2 hours for small roast
3 hours for medium roast
3 1/2 hours for large roast
