1 C shortening or half butter/half shortening
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 C flour
2 t cream of tartar
1 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
2 T sugar
2 t cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
cream shortening and sugar together, add eggs. sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt, add to shortening/sugar mixture. shape into balls and roll into cinnamon/sugar mixture.

400 for 8-10 min
