roma tomatoes the riper the better

Should I leave it like that, or give you the directions? That is how the recipe was actually given to me, just the ingredients, no amounts, or directions.
dry roast your chiles (8-10 or more depending how hot you want it) in a pan preferably a cast iron skillet until toasted, then soak for 20 minutes in 2 c boiling water. Smoke your tomatoes10-15 on the bbq, and cook until the skins start turning black, do not char. I used abt 1/4 cilantro chopped, 4 cloves of garlic and 1/2 lime just squeeze, and salt to taste. Everytime I make it it is a bit different, I don't measure anything so everything is just to taste. Stick everything into the blender blackened skins and all and blend, if it is too thick, add some of the water that the chiles were soaking in abt 1/2-1 c of it, it will thicken as it cools.
