3 cups flour
1 1/2 cup shortening
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
6 Tbsp. cold water (ice cold)
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and dry ingredients with a pastry blender. Place egg in cup, add vinegar and water and beat well. Add to flour mixture. Mix with fork and then work with hands until blended. Dough may seem sticky at first. If possible, refrigerate before rolling. Roll out between two pieces of floured waxed paper. Makes four 8-9" pie crusts.
