6 large peppers (any color)
1# ground chuck
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut thin slice from each pepper and remove seeds
Cook peppers in enough boiling water to cover about 5 minutes, drain
Cook ground chuck and onion, stirring occasionally
until beef is browned, drain
Stir in cooked rice, salt, garlic and 1 cup tomato sauce
Cook until hot
Stuff peppers with meat mixture
Stand upright in ungreased baking dish
Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers
Cover and bake @350º for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake about 15 minutes longer or until peppers are tender
