2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and shortening. Stir in cheese, combine buttermilk, mustard and baking soda. Pour into flour mixture. Stir. Knead 3 or 4 times. Roll out and cut. Bake 450º for 10-15 minutes.
