4 eggs--separated & beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. bk. powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
2 1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks with sugar until fluffly. Add melted butter and milk. Beat until smooth. (may need a little more milk) Add beaten egg whites last.
Use a Belgian waffle iron.
