2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Shortening
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Sour Milk (add a drop of Vinegar to 1 c milk)
1 cup brewed Coffee
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour a 13x9 baking pan.
Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake 30-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and top with your favorite frosting (cream cheese frosting is perfect).
