3 tomatoes sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8x8 baking dish with pam. Slice tomatoes and spread in dish. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste. Spread mayonnaise on top of tomatoes. Spread cheese over mayonnaise then top with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 400º until bubbly and done.
Tip: You can microwave dish for 2 to 3 minutes before baking in oven to speed process.
