Ingredients:  
1 onion chopped
Chopped mixed peppers (red, green & yellow)
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 c flour
1 c milk
1c chicken broth
1 pt half & half
1 pkg sharp cheddar cheese grated
Seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab, lobster or fish in any combination or single type seafood)
Dash Texas Pete hot sauce

Directions:
Saute' onions & peppers in T oil. Add garlic, stir in flour, add chicken broth & milk. Cook until well blended & heated through. Add seafood and do not over cook. At the last minute add half & half, cheese and Texas Pete.
