Pear halves canned with syrup
lettuce leaves
mayonnaise
grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Place a pair half on a leaf of lettuce, dollop a T. spoon of mayonnaise in hollow of pear, top with a good sprinkling of cheese.
Note: Pineapple rings can be substituted for the pear halves.
