Ingredients:
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
8 oz package whole Mushrooms
1 Red/Purple Onion
1 bottle Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch (or so) cubes. Place into large resealable plastic bag and add enough Italian dressing to cover. Let marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

Slice the peppers and onion into 1-inch (or so) squares.

Alternate skewering ingredients on metal skewers. Brush on additional Italian dressing to coat vegetables (use fresh dressing, not what the chicken had been sitting in!).

Grill over an open flame over medium~medium-high heat about 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning after 6 minutes and occaisionally basting with more Italian dressing.
