2 c. Miller's bran (in health food stores)
2 c. applesauce
1 c. prune juice (sweetened or unsweetened)

fruit
spices to taste

Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients and any optional ones you like for flavor and texture. Store mixture in fridge. Take 2 to 3 tablespoons a day to prevent constipation.
