1- 10 oz. jar apricot pineapple jam
1 bottle Russian salad dressing (I've used Catalina dressing when I didn't have Russian.)
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces (6 to 8 pieces approximately) which have been places in shallow baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, uncovered.
