3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 egg
1 tsp. vanillla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream together margarine, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Blend in peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients. Mix well. Shape into one inch balls and roll in sugar to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 -12 minutes.
