about 1 lb ground beef
about 1/2 large onion chopped
about 1/2 medium to large head of cabbage, coarsely shredded (about 6 cups)
about 3/4 cup rice (don’t use Minute Rice!)
1 large can Campbell’s condensed tomato soup
1/2 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In frying pan, cook ground beef and onion until meat is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain.
2. Spread meat in the bottom of a large casserole dish.
3. Layer half of the shredded cabbage over meat.
4. Sprinkle rice over cabbage.
5. Layer the rest of the shredded cabbage over rice.
6. Mix tomato soup with a half can of water. Pour soup over cabbage.
7. Bake covered at 350º for about 45-60 minutes (until cabbage is soft and rice is cooked). Remove lid and bake uncovered for 15 minutes more.
8. ENJOY!!!
