1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c. thawed orange juice concentrate
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. bisquick
Sauce:
1/4 c. thawed orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar

Pancakes:
Mix with whisk. Small lumps in batter disappear while cooking. (Pancakes are very thin and cook quickly.) Makes about 12 pancakes.

Sauce:
Mix ingredients in small saucepan and stir until steaming hot. Do not boil. Serve over pancakes.
