Directions:
Place chicken in large roaster or baking pan. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and onion flakes. Pour in 2 cans of chicken broth. Bake at 350º for approximately 2 hours.

Noodles: Mix ingredients gradually adding milk last to get to desired texture. (It takes some experimenting.) Drop in large pan of boiling water either by the spoon or with a noodle maker. After noodles float to the top cook for 5 more minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain before placing in a bowl. (We make them the night before so we don`t have to deal with everything at the same time.) Refrigerate after cooled.

When chicken is done, remove from pan to make gravy. Use a flour and water mixture to thicken broth. Gradually stir in both sour creams until well-mixed. Dip chicken in gravy and stir in noodles.

Plan 3 hours from start to finish excluding noodle making.
