3/4 package Duncan Hines yellow cake
1 can fruit pie filling (cherry, blueberry, apple, peach)
1/4 lb. melted butter
1/4 c. sliced or slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Empty the pie filling into a nine-inch square pan.
Top with cake mix, spread evenly.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Drizzle melted butter evenly over top,
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Test to make sure cake topping is fully cooked. Serve with ice cream if desired.
